1. Eligibility for Refund
We offer refunds under the following circumstances:
1.1 Damaged or Defective Product
If you receive a damaged or defective Product, please contact us at withlovepastaco@outlook.com within 7 of receiving your order. We will provide instructions on how to return the damaged or defective Product, and upon receipt, we will process a refund or send you a replacement Product at no additional cost.
1.2 Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at withlovepastaco@outlook.com. If your order has not been shipped, we will process a full refund. If your order has already been shipped, you may return the unopened product within 7 days of receiving it, and we will issue a refund upon receipt of the returned Product. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
